## SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
- In case a product is high in demand, dispatch timelines may extend by 5–6 additional business days.
- For urgent delivery requests, kindly WhatsApp us at 9897108315 before placing your order.
### Delivery Timeline
- Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on the courier partner and delivery location.
- Delays caused by courier partners, natural circumstances, or unforeseen logistical issues are beyond our control; however, we will always assist you with tracking and support.
## DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
- If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, kindly inform us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
- Requests raised after 24 hours of the delivery status being marked as delivered may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you to the best of our ability; however, House of Sila is not liable for claims reported beyond the stated timeframe.
## RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Products are eligible for return or exchange only within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the order.
- Requests raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us within the eligible window on WhatsApp at 9897108315.
## EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer a one-time free exchange per order, subject to product availability.
- Once an exchange has been completed:
- The product cannot be returned
- No further exchanges will be allowed
## STORE CREDIT / GIFT CARD POLICY (NO CASH REFUNDS)
- House of Sila does not offer cash refunds.
- Approved returns are issued as Store Credit / Gift Card only.
- Store Credit / Gift Cards:
- Are issued only after the returned product passes our quality check
- Are sent to the customer’s registered email address
- Can be redeemed on our website without any minimum purchase requirement
- Are valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- A ₹200 shipping and handling fee will be deducted before issuing store credit.
- Store Credit / Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be encashed.
## IMPORTANT NOTES
- Products must be returned:
- Unused and unwashed
- Free from perfume smell, sweat marks, or makeup stains
- With all original tags and seal intact
- Items purchased during sales, clearance, or special promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged only twice.
- If the pickup attempt is missed, the customer must ship the product to our warehouse at their own expense.
## FAILED QUALITY CHECK CLAUSE
- If a returned product is found to be used, washed, damaged, stained, perfumed, altered, or returned without tags or seal, it will be considered as failed quality check.
- Products that fail the quality check are:
- Not eligible for store credit
- Not eligible for exchange
- Such products will be held at our warehouse for 7 days.
- If the customer wishes to have the product shipped back, shipping charges must be prepaid.
- If no request is made within 7 days, House of Sila reserves the right to dispose of or donate the product.
## FINAL NOTE
- House of Sila reserves the right to accept or decline any return or exchange request based on policy compliance and quality checks.
- By placing an order on our website, customers agree to all the above terms and conditions.
